We’re focused and aligned on a single, mutually agreed upon objective, new revenue generation – the level of which varies greatly from partner to partner.
Typically, within the first twelve months our partner’s new revenue minimum expectation is $500,000 – a five times multiple on their investment. Our mutually agreed upon goals go up from there.
The majority of new revenue that we identify for our partners begins in first assignments and projects that range from $150,000 – $1MM+. Our goal is to win these assignments together, then strategically grow each account together in the first year to become an agency defining client.
We’re charged with looking for AOR relationships too, and find that the vast majority of these result following the initial assignment(s).
