12-Month Partner Roadmap
We’re told by our partners that one of the most important factors when considering to work with Catapult was having a highly defined and proven strategic growth roadmap and time line.
Here’s what a typical twelve-month partnership roadmap looks like:
Partnership kick-off, objectives, strategy and campaign planning.
Weeks 2 – 4
Begin new business prospecting and initial campaign launch.
Weeks 5 – 6
Launch additional new business prospecting campaign(s) into market.
Weeks 7 – 12
Identify qualified opportunities, secure and hold first meetings.
Months 4 – 6
Continue to identify qualified new business opportunities. Secure and hold first and subsequent prospect meetings. Win first assignments(s).
Months 7 – 12
Ongoing proactive new business campaigns. Meet or exceed minimum new business revenue goal.
Year 2 and beyond
The first year is typically consumed with creating the right new business ecosystem, overcoming inertia, building new relationships and achieving the mutually agreed upon new revenue goals. The second year is where our partners begin to scale.
A heightened level of confidence, refined processes and experience leads to greater levels of efficiency and effectiveness all round. Year two is where agency-changing new business events truly take hold.
