Sept. 25, 2009, A New Biz Market TurnaroundHere comes the new business tsunami. In the past 12 weeks Catapult has continued to experience a new business market turn-around. Internal conversion metrics have risen more than 20% in all areas including new business proposals being generated.
The 3MMA (3 Month Moving Average) on initial interactions, quality conversations and qualified meetings held have all seen steady increases since March of this year.
Our forecast is for this trend to continue as consumer confidence increases and corporate marketers seek to utilize remaining 2009 budget for reallocation in 2010.
We anticipate an ad agency new business environment in March 2010, in alignment with the new business hot month of October 2007.
